Gloria Dodds
Marion Woolnough

Gloria has been involved in theatre for over 50 years directing and performing and has appeared in, directed or stage managed almost all of BCCT’s productions from its inception in 2000. Gloria’s vocal diversity ranges from coloratura soprano with roles in light opera and Gilbert & Sullivan, to character roles such as Miss Adelaide in Guys & Dolls.  She has always dreamed of playing the role of “Marion” from the very first time she saw Jill Perryman play the role in the original version of The Boy From Oz. Gloria feels right at home performing in the show as she is very proud to say she has met Peter Allen when he was first starting out and has always been a huge fan.
Renee Bechara Judy Garland
Renee first began performing as a dancer from a young age, and then progressed to being a Musician through High School. She caught the theatre bug at college and carried it through to study performance at university. After a long break working "in the real world" Renee gave singing a try. This saw her playing the role of Kim in CTG's Back to the 80's and loving it so much that she has been on a marathon run. The Boy From Oz marks Renee's 17th musical in 5 years. Some favorite roles include Jan in Grease (CTG 2005), Ronette in Little Shop Of Horrors (BCCT 2006), Sr. Mary Hubert in Nunsense (PTG 2007), and Jennyanydots in Cats (WOFTAM 2008 and HMDS 2009).
